THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MUINAR INTERNET STUDIOS. BY DOWNLOADING A SOUND FROM OUR WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PROMPTLY LEAVE THE WEBSITE AND DO NOT USE THE FILES HEREIN AND/OR DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYER, THE LICENSE GRANTED AND RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS RECITED HEREIN APPLY TO YOUR EMPLOYER AS WELL AS TO YOU AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR EMPLOYER. SHOULD YOU CEASE WORKING FOR YOUR EMPLOYER, YOUR EMPLOYER MAY CONTINUE TO OPERATE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Muinar Internet Studios grants to you, and your employer if you are licensing on behalf of your employer, a nonexclusive, nonsublicensable right to use any sounds obtained from Muinar Internet Studios and any derivatives or copies thereof on your personal computer.

As a value-added reseller, you are permitted to add the sounds to Websites and Multimedia productions that you create for customers. However, you may not redistribute any sound 'as is'.

The sounds may not be shared by creating a sound library, storage jukebox, network configuration, or similar arrangement.

Muinar Internet Studios does not warrant that the content or functions contained in the site will be free from errors, interruptions, omissions, defects, viruses, or other damaging elements, or that Muinar Internet Studios will correct any errors, omissions or defects. You assume the cost of service, repairs or corrections to your hardware, software or other equipment.

In no event will Muinar Internet Studios be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if Muinar Internet Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will liability of Muinar Internet Studios exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using this site, or purchasing or downloading products from this site.
